Which memberships bill through Square?
Vitamin Bar plans and The Gentlemen's Club (men's hormone tiers) enroll through Square — in the Hello Gorgeous app or via the Square checkout link on each plan. Clinical programs (Precision Hormone, Metabolic Reset, peptide protocols) start with a free consult; we set up billing at your visit.
Are peptide medications included in the membership fee?
No — Peptide Member and Peptide Protocol cover consult support, protocol management, and member pricing. Medication and cold-chain shipping are quoted separately based on your NP-approved protocol (typical protocols from $149/mo).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Square-billed plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel through your Square receipt or call us at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Who oversees my care?
Ryan Kent, FNP-BC, is on site seven days a week at our Oswego location — hormone, peptide, wellness, and Vitamin Bar memberships all run under NP supervision.
