Jeuveau is the newest of the three major neuromodulators we offer — FDA-approved in 2019, often called the 'millennial Botox' because it was the first new neurotoxin in a generation. It works the same way Botox and Dysport do (temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause expression lines), but its formulation is slightly different — some clients prefer how it feels, how it kicks in, or how it lasts. At $11 per unit, it's also our most accessible per-unit price. We carry it because every face is different, and the right neuromodulator for you might not be the one your friend uses.

What is Jeuveau? How it works
Jeuveau is botulinum toxin type A, the same molecule family as Botox and Dysport. It blocks the nerve signal that tells specific facial muscles to contract. When those muscles can't contract, the lines they create soften. The mechanism is identical to its older cousins. What's different is the manufacturing process and the formulation — Jeuveau is purified differently, and some clients find it produces a slightly more natural feel or kicks in marginally faster than Botox. The truth is, the differences between the three are subtle, and what works best for you is something we figure out together over time.
Pricing & packages
Jeuveau is $11 per unit at Hello Gorgeous. Dosing is similar to Botox (roughly 1:1) — so a forehead treatment that would be 12 Botox units is roughly 12 Jeuveau units. That makes the total cost of a Jeuveau treatment typically lower than Botox per visit at our pricing. We give you exact unit recommendations and total cost at your free consultation.
What to expect at your appointment
- Free consultation — we look at your face in motion, discuss your history with neuromodulators (if any), and decide whether Jeuveau, Botox, or Dysport is the best fit.
- Pre-treatment: alcohol prep, fine needle injection. Topical numbing or ice available if you'd like.
- Treatment: 5–10 minutes. Small pinch at each injection site.
- Aftercare: stay upright 4 hours, no exercise, no lying flat, no heavy makeup or facial products for the rest of the day.
- Follow-up: complimentary day-14 assessment with touch-up if needed.

- Why is Jeuveau cheaper than Botox per unit?
- Jeuveau is manufactured by a newer company that prices more competitively to capture market share. The product itself is fully FDA-approved, made to the same medical standards as Botox, and the unit potency is roughly equivalent. The lower per-unit price is a business decision by the manufacturer, not a quality difference.
- How is Jeuveau different from Botox?
- Same drug family, different formulation. Jeuveau is purified through a different manufacturing process. Some clients report it feels slightly more natural or kicks in marginally faster. For most clients, the difference is small — what matters more is which one your body responds to best, which we figure out together.
- How long does Jeuveau last?
- Most clients see 3–4 months, similar to Botox. Individual metabolism matters more than the brand.
- Can I switch between Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau?
- Yes. There's no waiting period between brands. We recommend waiting until your previous treatment has fully worn off before switching so we can assess baseline muscle activity accurately.
- Is Jeuveau safe?
- Yes — FDA-approved for cosmetic use since 2019, with strong clinical data and a safety profile comparable to Botox and Dysport. Injection by a licensed provider using authentic product is the key to safety. We meet both standards.
- Should I try Jeuveau if I've used Botox for years?
- It's worth a conversation. Some long-time Botox users notice diminished response over time (rare but real — your body can develop antibodies). Switching to Jeuveau or Dysport can sometimes restore the response. We'll talk through your history at your consultation and decide together.
