About your skin, and why I chose what I chose.
A personal note from Danielle on Morpheus8, Solaria CO₂, and the half-million-dollar decision that shaped Hello Gorgeous Med Spa · Oswego, Illinois

Hi gorgeous,
I want to talk to you about your skin. Not in a marketing way — in the real way I'd talk to my sister, or my best friend, or one of the women who's been coming through my doors for the last ten years. There's a lot of noise in this industry right now, and you deserve to hear what's actually true from the person whose name is on the door.
My name is Danielle Alcala-Glazier. I built Hello Gorgeous from nothing more than a dream, the love of the aunt who raised me, and a deep belief that women in our community deserved better than what was being offered. That was over a decade ago. Today, I'm still here — still in the chair, still seeing clients, still making the decisions about what we bring into this practice and what we don't.
And one of the biggest decisions I've ever made is this one: I spent more than half a million dollars on three pieces of medical equipment. I want to tell you why — starting with the two that change almost everything about non-surgical skin: Morpheus8 Burst and Solaria CO₂.
Innovation vs. trend
Here's what I see happening in the aesthetic world right now. Every few months, there's a new "miracle." Salmon DNA. Polynucleotides. Peptides packaged with hyper-realistic before-and-after marketing. New brands of fillers and toxins that promise to last twice as long. Most of it I look at and think: maybe one day, but not yet.
I'm not against innovation. I love innovation. I went on Accutane at eighteen because I trusted the science behind it, and that decision changed my life. I went to esthetic school because I wanted to understand the actual biology of what was happening underneath my skin. I'm still in school today, working toward my RN — at forty, with four boys at home and a business to run — because I believe being a better clinician is worth the late nights.
But there's a difference between innovation and trend. Innovation has data behind it. Trend has marketing behind it.
> There's a difference between innovation and trend. Innovation has data behind it. Trend has marketing behind it.
So when I made the decision to invest in equipment, I didn't chase the newest, loudest, most-marketed thing. I chose two devices that have spent years earning their place: Morpheus8 Burst and Solaria CO₂. Both are FDA-cleared. Both have years of clinical data behind them. Both are made by InMode. And together, they cover almost everything a non-surgical face and body program needs to do.
Morpheus8 Burst — the rebuild from underneath
Morpheus8 Burst is the deepest radiofrequency microneedling device available right now. It uses tiny gold-tipped needles to deliver controlled energy beneath the surface of your skin — up to 4mm deep on the face, up to 8mm on the body. That depth matters more than almost anything else. It's the depth where collagen actually lives.
Most microneedling devices can't reach that layer. They work on the surface, which is why most microneedling results feel temporary. Morpheus8 Burst goes where the work actually needs to happen, and the RF energy stimulates your own collagen and elastin to rebuild gradually over the months that follow.
I use it for skin tightening on the face and neck, for body areas like the abdomen and arms, for acne scarring, for crepiness in your forties, and for gentle contouring that filler alone can't deliver. The results aren't instant. That's part of why I trust it. Real collagen takes real time.
Solaria CO₂ — the polish from the surface
Solaria CO₂ is the other half of my answer. It's a fractional CO₂ laser — the gold standard for skin resurfacing. It addresses the layer Morpheus8 doesn't: the surface and upper dermis, where sun damage, fine lines, texture changes, scarring, and tone irregularities live.
If Morpheus8 is the rebuild from underneath, Solaria is the polish from the top. One handles structure. The other handles surface. Most clinics offer one or the other, often a lighter, less powerful version. Hello Gorgeous has both — and that's not an accident.
> If Morpheus8 is the rebuild from underneath, Solaria is the polish from the top. I wasn't willing to give you half a treatment plan.
What I won't promise about serums and add-ons
After Morpheus8, we apply AnteAGE MD as a soothing post-care serum — the same way we'd use hyaluronic acid or peptide serums after any treatment that creates micro-trauma. It is a topical post-care product. It is not the treatment. The treatment is the Morpheus8 device working underneath your skin.
I won't promise you that any serum is a miracle. I won't tell you it "rebuilds collagen" or "regenerates" anything when the science isn't there yet for exosome or growth-factor products as drugs. What I will tell you is that the devices we use are FDA-cleared, deeply studied, and proven. That's where I stand.
What you can expect from me
- •I will not sell you a treatment you don't need. If Morpheus8 is going to give you a better result than the trendy procedure you asked about, I'll explain why — and if it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
- •You get Ryan Kent, FNP-BC, on site seven days a week — not a tele-doctor in another state.
- •I will keep investing. The day I stop learning is the day this practice stops being what I built it to be.
- •I will tell you the truth, even when it's not what you came in to hear.
If you're thinking about your skin — firming it, smoothing it, brightening it, or just understanding what's actually possible — come see me. The consultation is free. The conversation will be honest.
With love and gratitude,
Danielle Alcala-Glazier

Most clinics offer one or the other. A few offer neither. Hello Gorgeous offers both — under one roof, overseen by one care team, planned together as one strategy for your skin. That's the half-million-dollar decision.
We also offer Quantum RF for subdermal contouring — the third piece of our InMode Trifecta when face, neck, and body need surgical-level tightening without surgery.
