Most aesthetic clinics offer one of these devices — usually a basic Morpheus8 unit. We are the only practice in the western Chicago suburbs that operates all three. The investment was significant. The reason we made it was simple: clients who want a real treatment plan should be able to get all of it in one place, from one team.

02 · Medical authority — Our Nurse Practitioner is here. Every day.
Many med spas list a medical director who is rarely on-site. The director may live in another city, review charts in batches, and never meet a client face to face. That is a common industry arrangement. It is also one we never wanted to operate under.
Ryan Kent, FNP-BC, holds full practice authority in Illinois and is on-site at Hello Gorgeous seven days a week. He prescribes, evaluates, treats, and oversees every medical service the practice offers — directly. Not in absentia.

Our clients work, parent, travel, and live full lives. We built our schedule around theirs — not the other way around.
We are open Monday through Sunday, with same-day appointments almost always available, including weekends.
Some clinics are closed three or four days a week. That is a legitimate choice for the business owner. It is just not a choice we have ever made, because we believe consistency — same day every week if needed — is part of what makes medical aesthetics actually work over time.

04 · Ownership — Family-owned. Founder still in the chair.
Hello Gorgeous is not a chain, not a franchise, and not backed by private equity.
It was started by Danielle Alcala-Glazier — a licensed esthetician who began her own skincare journey at twelve and built this practice from the ground up over more than a decade. The aunt who raised her named the business. Danielle still works in it.
That changes things. The person whose name is on the door is the person you will see at the front desk, behind the chair, or replying to your message. When we make a decision — to invest in a new device, to add a new service, to change a policy — it is made in this building, by people who answer to clients, not investors.

05 · The thing we will not compromise on
We will tell you when something is not right for you.
The fastest way to grow a med spa is to say yes to every request. The slowest way is to evaluate honestly and recommend less than what was asked for — or recommend something you were not planning to spend on, because it is actually what would help.
We have built the practice slowly on purpose. Every service we sell, we sell because we believe it is clinically appropriate for the person in front of us. If it is not — we say so. That has cost us short-term revenue many times. We think it is why we have kept clients for ten years.
