Program: VIP Model Program — Limited-Time Promotional Pricing
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The VIP Model Program is a limited-time promotional offering by Hello Gorgeous Med Spa (“we,” “us,” “the practice”) that provides qualified clients access to medical-grade skin transformation treatments at significantly reduced pricing. We have invested over $500,000 in Class 4 medical devices—including Morpheus8 Burst, Solaria CO₂ Laser, and Quantum RF—to serve our community without requiring clients to travel to Naperville, Chicago, or other distant areas. We are the only med spa in the market to offer all three technologies under one roof.
Class 4 medical devices represent the highest tier of laser and energy-based technology available in the United States. They require specialized training, medical oversight, and significant capital investment. Most med spas in the western Chicago suburbs do not have access to these devices; clients often travel to Naperville, Chicago, or beyond for Morpheus8 Burst, fractional CO₂, or subdermal RF treatments. We chose to invest in our community so that Oswego, Yorkville, Montgomery, Plainfield, Aurora, and surrounding areas have access to the same—or better—technology without the drive. Our commitment to our community is reflected in this program. We need you just as much as you need us: your trust, your feedback, and your results help us grow and serve more people.
This program is limited to 20 clients. Once all spots are filled, pricing returns to full retail. The promotional pricing offered through this program will not be repeated at these levels. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
To secure your spot in the VIP Model Program and lock in your promotional pricing, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied in full toward your selected treatment or package at the time of service. The deposit does not constitute a separate fee; it is a prepayment that reduces your balance due at treatment.
Deposit application: The $250 deposit is applied to the final balance of your chosen tier. For example, if you select Tier 1 (Morpheus8 Burst at $799), your deposit reduces your balance to $549 due at or before treatment. If you select Tier 1B (Morpheus8 Package of 3 at $1,999), your deposit reduces your balance to $1,749. If you select Tier 4 (The Trifecta at $1,999), your deposit reduces your balance to $1,749.
Deposit is non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Cancellation and Refund section below. By submitting your deposit, you confirm your intent to receive treatment and your acceptance of these terms.
TREATMENT SCHEDULE — WHEN WE ARE ACCEPTING CLIENTS
Solaria CO₂ Laser (Tier 2) and Combo/Trifecta packages including CO₂: We are accepting VIP Model clients for Solaria CO₂ treatments immediately. If you select Tier 2 (Skin Resurfacing), Tier 3 (Morpheus8 + CO₂ Combo), or Tier 4 (The Trifecta), you may schedule your CO₂ component as soon as your deposit is received and your consultation is complete.
Morpheus8 Burst (Tier 1) and Morpheus8-inclusive packages: We begin accepting VIP Model clients for Morpheus8 Burst treatments on April 5, 2025. If you select Tier 1 (Collagen Rebuild), Tier 3 (Combo), or Tier 4 (The Trifecta), your Morpheus8 Burst component may be scheduled on or after April 5, 2025, subject to availability.
Quantum RF (Tier 4 only): Quantum RF treatments within The Trifecta package are scheduled in coordination with your provider based on your customized treatment plan. Timing will be discussed during your consultation.
PROGRAM TIERS AND PRICING
All pricing below is VIP Model promotional pricing. Retail pricing is provided for reference only. Once you lock in with your deposit, your promotional price is guaranteed for the treatment(s) you have selected.
Tier 1 — Morpheus8 Burst (Collagen Rebuild)
Retail: $1,400 | VIP Model: $799
Includes: Full-face Morpheus8 Burst, advanced RF microneedling with deep collagen remodeling, custom depth mapping, medical-grade protocol, numbing, and post-care instructions. Morpheus8 Burst delivers RF energy at three depths simultaneously, up to 8mm—double the depth of standard Morpheus8. Ideal for loose skin, fine lines, acne scars, jowls, jawline laxity, crepey skin, and enlarged pores.
Available for scheduling: On or after April 5, 2025.
Tier 1B — Morpheus8 Burst Package of 3
Retail: $4,200 | VIP Model: $1,999
Includes: Three full Morpheus8 Burst treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results. Apply to face, neck, or body areas. Custom depth mapping, medical-grade protocol, numbing, and post-care included. Our most popular Morpheus8 package for comprehensive collagen remodeling.
Available for scheduling: On or after April 5, 2025.
Tier 1C — Morpheus8 Burst: Buy One Area, Get One 50% Off
Retail: $2,400 | VIP Model: $1,200 (2 areas total)
Includes: Two treatment areas for $1,200 total—full-price first area plus second area at half price. Choose any combination: face + neck, décolletage + arms, abdomen + thighs, or any two areas. Same Morpheus8 Burst technology with numbing and post-care included.
Available for scheduling: On or after April 5, 2025.
Tier 2 — Solaria CO₂ Laser (Skin Resurfacing)
Retail: $1,600 | VIP Model: $899
Includes: Fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing, full face or targeted area, improvement of texture, pores, and pigmentation, and recovery protocol. Solaria is the gold standard in skin resurfacing. Ideal for deep wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage, age spots, skin laxity, and uneven texture.
Available for scheduling: Immediately upon deposit and consultation.
Tier 3 — Morpheus8 + CO₂ Combo (Total Skin Rebuild)
Retail: $3,000 | VIP Model: $1,499
Includes: Morpheus8 Burst (deep remodeling) and Solaria CO₂ Laser (surface correction), dual-layer skin transformation, and customized treatment plan. This is our most popular package for clients seeking comprehensive improvement.
Available for scheduling: CO₂ component immediately; Morpheus8 component on or after April 5, 2025. Your provider will coordinate the optimal sequence and timing.
Tier 4 — The Trifecta (Morpheus8 + CO₂ + Quantum RF)
Retail: $4,500 | VIP Model: $1,999
Includes: Morpheus8 (tightening and collagen), Solaria CO₂ (resurfacing and tone), Quantum RF (fat reduction and contouring), and full face, neck, and sculpting protocol. The most comprehensive package we offer.
Available for scheduling: Components scheduled per your customized plan. CO₂ may begin immediately; Morpheus8 on or after April 5, 2025; Quantum RF as coordinated with your provider.
ELIGIBILITY AND CONSULTATION
Participation in the VIP Model Program is subject to medical eligibility. Not everyone is a candidate for every treatment. A consultation with a licensed provider is required before treatment to assess your skin, medical history, goals, and suitability. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in our clinical judgment, it is not appropriate for you. If you are not a candidate for your selected tier, your deposit will be refunded.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. You must disclose all medications, supplements, medical conditions, and prior treatments. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
PAYMENT TERMS
Your $250 deposit secures your spot and locks in your promotional price. The remaining balance is due at or before your treatment appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, CareCredit, Cherry, and other financing options as available. Payment plans may be available through third-party financing; inquire at the time of booking.
If you do not complete your treatment within 12 months of your deposit date, your promotional pricing may expire and your deposit may be forfeited. Extensions may be granted at our discretion for medical or other documented reasons. Contact us to discuss if you need additional time.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Deposit: The $250 deposit is non-refundable except in the following circumstances: (1) we determine you are not a medical candidate for your selected treatment; (2) we cancel the program or are unable to provide your treatment for reasons within our control; or (3) you cancel within 48 hours of your initial deposit, provided you have not yet had a consultation or received any services. After 48 hours, or once a consultation has occurred, the deposit is non-refundable.
Appointment cancellation: If you need to reschedule your treatment appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit and loss of your promotional pricing. We understand that emergencies happen; contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
Service refunds: Once treatment has been performed, no refunds are given. Results vary by individual. We stand behind our protocols and will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome, but we do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
RESULTS AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS
Individual results vary. The before-and-after images and descriptions used in our marketing represent typical or best-case results and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome. Your results depend on your skin type, age, health, adherence to pre- and post-care instructions, and other factors. We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation. Collagen remodeling from Morpheus8 and Solaria continues for 3–6 months after treatment; results are not immediate. Quantum RF may show initial tightening within weeks, with continued improvement over several months. Patience and proper aftercare are essential.
These treatments are medical procedures. Morpheus8 Burst, Solaria CO₂, and Quantum RF are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. You will be required to complete consent forms and provide medical history. Some treatments are not suitable for pregnant or nursing women, or for individuals with certain medical conditions or medications. Your provider will review these with you. We have an NP on site seven days a week for same-day consultations and oversight—this is not a chain med spa with remote medical directors. We take your safety seriously.
Downtime and recovery: Each treatment has associated downtime and recovery. Morpheus8 Burst typically involves 3–5 days of redness and mild peeling. Solaria CO₂ involves 5–7 days of more significant recovery, including oozing, peeling, and sensitivity—plan for social downtime. Quantum RF may require compression garments and reduced activity for body treatments. You are responsible for following all pre- and post-care instructions. Failure to do so may affect your results and could void any follow-up guarantees. We provide detailed pre- and post-care guides; please review them before your appointment.
PRE- AND POST-TREATMENT PROTOCOLS
You must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your provider. These include, but are not limited to: avoiding sun exposure, discontinuing certain skincare products (retinoids, acids) before treatment, avoiding blood thinners if medically safe, taking antiviral medication if you have a history of cold sores (required for CO₂ laser), and adhering to aftercare (no makeup, no sweating, gentle cleansing, SPF, etc.) for the specified period.
Detailed protocols are available at hellogorgeousmedspa.com/pre-post-care and will be provided to you at the time of booking. Non-compliance may affect your results and your eligibility for touch-ups or follow-up care.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING
As a VIP Model Program participant, you may be asked to allow before-and-after photography for our records and, with your separate written consent, for marketing purposes. Participation in photography is voluntary. You may decline and still participate in the program. Any use of your images for marketing will require your explicit, separate consent.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Model Program at any time. If we terminate the program before you receive treatment, your deposit will be refunded. If we modify the program (e.g., adjust pricing for future enrollees), your locked-in price will not change.
Limited availability: Only 20 spots are available. Once filled, the program closes to new enrollees and pricing returns to full retail. We cannot guarantee availability of specific appointment times. Scheduling is subject to provider and room availability.
LIABILITY AND RELEASE
By participating in the VIP Model Program, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the nature of the treatments, potential risks, and expected outcomes. You agree to hold Hello Gorgeous Med Spa, its owners, providers, and staff harmless from any claims arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You understand that all medical and aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks and that we will take reasonable care to minimize those risks.
Potential risks include, but are not limited to: infection, scarring, pigment changes, prolonged redness, swelling, bruising, blistering, burns, cold sore outbreaks (for CO₂—antiviral medication is required if you have a history), numbness, and asymmetry. We use FDA-cleared devices, follow manufacturer protocols, and maintain proper training and documentation. Your safety is our priority. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Your personal and health information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA where applicable. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your treatment records are confidential.

You understand that the deposit is non-refundable except as stated herein, that results vary, and that these promotional prices will not be offered again at these levels once the program is full.

We believe that advanced skin transformation should not require a long drive or a trip to the city. We chose to invest in Morpheus8 Burst, Solaria CO₂, and Quantum RF because they deliver results that other devices cannot match. Our VIP Model Program allows us to introduce these treatments to clients who are ready to invest in themselves while we build our practice. We need you just as much as you need us—your trust, your feedback, and your results help us grow and serve more people.
What makes us different: We are the only med spa in the market with Morpheus8 Burst (8mm depth), Solaria CO₂ (gold-standard fractional resurfacing), and Quantum RF (subdermal contouring) all under one roof. Financing: If you need assistance with the remaining balance after your deposit, we offer CareCredit, Cherry, and other financing options. Apply through our clinic or at carecredit.com. We can discuss payment plans during your consultation.
Touch-ups and follow-up: Some clients benefit from a second treatment 4–6 months after the first. Touch-up pricing, if applicable, will be discussed at your follow-up. We do not guarantee a specific number of sessions; your provider will recommend a treatment plan based on your goals and response.
Technology and exclusivity: Morpheus8 Burst reaches 8mm—double the depth of standard Morpheus8. Solaria CO₂ is a true fractional ablative laser, not a "fractional" RF device. Quantum RF delivers energy beneath the skin for tissue contraction—unlike external RF, it reaches subdermal tissue. These are not commodity treatments; they represent the highest tier of non-surgical skin technology available today.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I change my tier after I pay my deposit? Yes, subject to availability. If you upgrade to a higher tier, you will pay the difference. If you downgrade, the difference may be applied as credit toward future services; refunds are not provided for downgrades. Contact us to discuss.
What if I have a history of cold sores? For Solaria CO₂ (and any CO₂ component in Combo or Trifecta), you must take antiviral medication (Valtrex/valacyclovir) starting 2 days before treatment and continuing 7–10 days after. This is required for your safety. We will prescribe if needed during your consultation.
Do I need a consultation before I pay my deposit? We recommend a consultation first to confirm your candidacy and ensure you select the right tier. However, you may pay your deposit to secure your spot and schedule your consultation afterward. If you are not a candidate, your deposit will be refunded.
Can I use my deposit for a different service? The deposit is intended for the VIP Model Program tier you select. If you wish to apply it elsewhere, contact us; we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Will these prices ever be offered again? No. Once the 20 spots are filled, pricing returns to full retail. We do not anticipate repeating this promotional pricing at these levels. This is a one-time opportunity for our community.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from or related to the VIP Model Program shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Kendall County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney's fees if litigation or arbitration becomes necessary.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, together with any consent forms or treatment-specific documents you sign, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Hello Gorgeous Med Spa regarding the VIP Model Program. No oral or written representations outside this document shall bind unless expressly incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to update these terms; any material changes will be communicated to enrolled clients. Your continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
