We offer multiple drip protocols — from simple hydration to immune-boosting Myers' Cocktails to recovery and athletic performance drips to NAD+ (see our dedicated NAD+ page). Every drip is prescribed by Ryan Kent, FNP-BC, sourced from licensed US compounding pharmacies, and administered by trained medical staff in our calm infusion suite. What is IV Therapy? How it works

IV therapy delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream via a small IV catheter in your arm. Because the nutrients bypass digestion, absorption is 100% — much higher than oral supplementation (where significant portions can be lost or poorly absorbed). The drip rate is controlled and monitored. Typical drips contain a base of saline or lactated Ringer's solution for hydration, plus a curated combination of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids targeting specific goals: B-complex for energy, Vitamin C for immunity, glutathione for detox and antioxidant support, magnesium for muscle relaxation, amino acids for recovery, and others. Each drip is built for a specific outcome.

What to expect at your appointment

  1. Free consultation — discuss your goals (hydration? immunity? recovery? energy? skin/hair?), screen for medical considerations, recommend the right drip.
  2. On drip day — come hydrated and fed. Wear comfortable clothes with sleeves that roll up easily. Bring a book, music, or work — most drips take 30–60 minutes.
  3. IV placement — your medical clinician places the IV in your arm. Small pinch; the line stays in for the duration of the drip.
  4. Infusion — relax in our infusion suite. The drip rate is monitored. Most clients describe IV therapy as comfortable, sometimes mildly warming.
  5. After — the IV is removed and you're free to go. Most clients feel benefits within hours; effects last days to weeks depending on the drip and your baseline.

Frequently asked questions

Which drip should I get?
Depends on your goal. Hydration drip: dehydration, post-illness, post-workout, hangover. Myers' Cocktail: general immune and energy support, the most popular classic. Recovery: athletic performance, intense training, post-event. Beauty: skin, hair, nails, anti-aging. NAD+: longevity, mental clarity, cellular energy (separate dedicated treatment). We'll help you choose.
How long does an IV drip take?
Most drips run 30–60 minutes. NAD+ is longer (2–4 hours). Hydration drips on the shorter end; nutrient-dense drips on the longer end.
Is IV therapy safe?
When administered by trained medical staff using pharmacy-sourced ingredients (which we do), yes. The most common issues are minor: discomfort at the IV site, occasional dizziness or nausea if the drip is run too fast (we adjust). Rare: vein irritation, allergic reaction. We screen carefully at consultation.
How often should I get IV therapy?
Depends on goal. For acute issues (illness, dehydration, hangover): as needed. For ongoing support (immune, energy, beauty): monthly or every 2 weeks during high-stress periods. For longevity protocols (NAD+): a starter series then maintenance every 1–3 months.
What's the difference between IV therapy and vitamin injections?
Volume and delivery. Injections: small dose, intramuscular, takes 30 seconds. IV: larger dose, intravenous, takes 30–60 minutes. IV delivers more nutrients and includes hydration; injections are quicker and more affordable.
Can I add ingredients to a base drip?
Yes — common add-ons include glutathione, extra B-vitamins, magnesium, vitamin C, biotin. We'll recommend add-ons based on what you're trying to achieve.
