Step 1 — Pick your treatment

Step 2 — Complete your intake
After selecting a program, you complete a secure online health intake — goals, history, medications, and consent. This typically takes about five minutes.
Be accurate and complete. Your nurse practitioner uses this information for screening — the same way an in-office visit would begin.
Step 3 — NP review & approval
Ryan Kent, FNP-BC (or a covering Hello Gorgeous provider) reviews your intake. If labs are needed for your program — common for hormones and some weight-loss pathways — you receive instructions before prescribing.
If you are not a candidate, you are notified. RE GEN does not ship prescriptions without provider approval.
Step 4 — Shipped to your door
Approved prescriptions are filled by US-licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped across Illinois. Flat-rate shipping applies on most RE GEN orders.
